I have been super motivated this week and I’m back on track with my fitness. Ive never been a one to enjoy working out but this past week I have made sure every night I do a little fitness routine weather it was for 15 minutes or 30. I can honestly say it has made me feel so much better, I feel like I am finally onto a new chapter of my life and I really want to give it the best shot I can. I am more than ever motivated to do what I want to do and feel as though with the right mindset I can achieve it. With my healthy eating and new found love for fitness I really feel as though I can make the most of the time I have to do the things I love with the people I love. I know this sound super cheesy and probably not what you need on a Sunday evening but I hope that I can motivate at least one person to be the best of themselves. Don’t look to other and think you want to be them, yes you can aspire to be a little like someone and take little hints and tips from them but don’t look to others and think that you want to be them. Because the chances of you being that person is slim, you are your own person and thats all that matters. Grow the way you were born to and look to achieve things that maybe you never thought possible and I promise that if you go in with the mind set like that, you will achieve something. No matter how small or big it is, something will come from what you set out to achieve.
