Getting out of my usual lazy habit was very hard. Grabbing a make-up wipe and sliding straight into bed was a little bit too easy for me. I slowly slipped in and out of skin care. Now I cant get in to bed until my routine is done. There arent lots of products that I use but a few that I stick too have helped my skin out lots.
To take off my make-up I have been using a Loreal Cleanser, its not the best I have to say and probably woulndt recommend it but I wanted to use it up seen as though I had it. I rub this into my face until all my make-up has been removed and wipe it off with a warm face cloth. I then use the Mac Eye make-up remover and wipe this over my eyes to make sure all traces of eye makeup has been taken off, as this is what I find the hardest to remove. Next I use my La Roche Posay cleanser, mentioned here. I like to use this to help my skin clean and keep spots at bay. I follow with the La Roche Posay Toner, here. All details are mentioned in the post linked. This helps to mattify my skin and make pores look smaller. Another La Roche Posay product, Effclar Duo to help heal any imperfections also mentioned here. If I feel like I need a thicker moisturizer I have been using the Benefit Total moisturizer. This is just to keep my skin hydrated. For the days when I really feel like me skin needs some TLC, I like to use this Una Brennen Vitiman C Brightener. This helps my skin to look bright and awake when I get up in the morning. I pop on a little bit of the Elizabeth Arden 8 hour lip balm and hop straight into bed.
Whats your favourite nightime skincare product?
