IMG_0658 IMG_0659 IMG_0660There’s nothing better than waking up on a Saturday morning to a full English fry up being laid out onto the table. I was worried that eating healthy would ban these. But I came up with a way in which I could make a full English as healthy as I could. This isn’t going to be something I have every weekend, but for treats every few ill have this. Its pretty self explanatory what youll need and what to do, but I thought id break it down anyway!

What youll need:
Wholemeal Bread Bun
Beans
Bacon
Mushrooms
Eggs

What to do:
Cut the fat off your bacon and grill it, this is the healthiest way as its not cooking in its own fat. I also toasted the bread bun in the grill. Heat the beans up in the microwave, fry the mushrooms and egg. Add to a plate and your done! Its a simple as that!
