As the seasons change so does the colour of my skin. So a new foundation or two is a must! or so I tell myself to keep my boyfriend from going crazy at me for buying more make-up! When I went into my local boots a couple of weeks ago I was drawn to this foundation b L’Oreal. I hadn’t heard too much hype around it yet I was still drawn to it.

That’s right its the L’Oreal Infallible 24hr foundation, im sure I had this when I was younger in the days of trying foundation that was 10 shades too dark for me so they must have re-made this foundation. The sleek look of the packaging really drew me to buy this foundation and I picked it up and put it straight into my basket.

I bought mine in the colour 125 Natural Rose which is a perfect colour for my skin tone as we move into the sunnier months. As you can see from the swatches the colour is a perfect match to give me a little bit of a dewy finish.

The foundation applies lovely once I have primed my face, it is a high coverage foundation so is a little bit on the thicker side than some I have tried out in the past but I don’t mind this as I can get a few break outs in the warmer weather. The foundation has a nice fresh smell rather than smelling loaded with chemicals which I have found in the past with thicker foundations. At only £9.99 where could you go wrong! I have been using this product for 3 weeks now and love everything about it. Another thing that I love about this foundation is its lasting power when applied on top of a primer! I wear this for work on an evening and it can literally last 5 hour with no show that it is coming off!

The only one issue that I have with this foundation is the mess it causes on the lid. However this doesn’t really bother me as it is easy to wipe it clean after every use to make sure this doesn’t happen.

Just a small post from me today guys, but let me know what you think of this foundation down below in the comments.
