I Don’t Fit In Here But That’s Ok

Ok.

I admit it.

I fully feel like I don’t fit in as a blogger. Im not your stereotypical blogger.

I totally get there is no set rule of how you look/what you are as a blogger. But there is definitely the rule of your audience enjoying the content you make.

I make mistakes, I don’t stick to my schedule. I change up my blog plans. And I can say I’m not always 100% happy with the content I create but I just tell myself it will do.

BUT…

This doesn’t mean Im not a blogger. This doesn’t mean Im a shit blogger. This just makes me, well me.

And you know what, I’m fully happy with that. I create the content that I love and sometimes my content isn’t the best but its me. Its real. I have so many ideas swimming around in my head but I put them off because what if everybody hates it. My look isn’t the same as others and people want to see what they aspire to be, not plain old me.

Im fine with that. Those ideas are going to be made into content that I love. No matter what anyone else thinks. You don’t like it, then wave goodbye and enjoy what you love.

Sometimes it can be hard to focus on the things you love because of the social pressures we all feel. If we don’t feel like we fit in we can fully shut down and stop whatever it was we where trying to do. But thats doesn’t make you unique. It’s also ok to be influenced by someone else, Im all about being influenced about others around us rather than media pressures. And you know what, you can get some bloody good things from following other influences, no matter how big or small they are.

Its about time we made a change, be the person you want to be. There are millions of people in this world and even if you are only influencing that one person, know you are making a difference. I want to know one thing, big or small, that your going to do to be more you. And if you are already 100% you, then tell me how did you make the change.

Remember its ok not to always fit in. You fit in somewhere.
