Autumn Everyday Make-Up

After the last few weeks Autumn posts being all about beauty I thought it was fitting that I showed you what items I reach for on a daily basis. These are the items that I pick when im just staying around the house, running errands or popping out for lunch. Nothing too extreme. I use a mixture of drugstore and highend, for no reason other than I like them. If your new to my blog you might like to know that I have combination skin, with an oily T-Zone and Im prone to spots.

Base
To prime the face I apply Loreal Lumi Magique primer all over the face. Ive been using this to give my face a glow, most people tend to go for matte looks during the autumn/winter but for me I still want to look like my skin is glowing.
I use the Rimmel Match Perfection Foundation in Soft Beige, I lovelovelove this foundation for everyday use, first it is so cheap and second it covers all my imperfections amazingly! I suffer from spots most of my life so I like to wear something full coverage.
To make sure you really cant see those pesky little spots I use the Collection Lasting Perfection concealer in number 2 I put this on all my imperfections to cover up. I then use Macs Prolong-wear Concealer in NC20 to highlight under my eyes, the brig of my nose and on my chin. I blend these out with my Real Techniques Sponge which is amazingg.
I like to set my face with this Soap and Glory One Heck of a Blot, just to make sure that this make-up really doesn’t move.

Eyes
To prime my eyes I use Macs Paint Pot in Painterly, this covers any redness on my eyes ready for my eyeshadow.
I like to keep my eyeshadow pretty neutral for during the day and use a mixture of the Urban Decay Naked and Naked 3. I first use Naked to cover my eye and put this through my crease to blend the eyeshadow out. To create a highlighted effect on my eyes I use Strange. I then use a darker brown which is called Buck to give my eyes more definition and add Hustle in the outer corner of my eyes.
To line my eyes ive been using this Maybelline to create a darker eye. Ive been loving using my Benefit They’re Real mascara, it makes my eyelashes nice and long and also makes them look full. Which we all want, dont we!
For the brows (this girl gotta get them done!) I use Soap and Glorys Brow Archery in Brownie Points just to give them more definition.

Bronze & Blush
To give my face more definition I like to contour using Nars Laguna, I put this under my cheek bones, along the sides of my forehead and just under my chin. I blend this out so its not too harsh but like this to make me look a little like I still have cheek bones.
To give my cheeks some colour I’ve been loving using the Benefit box blush in Rockateur, a gorgeous pink blush with gold shimmer, amazing for this time of year.
I then use Macs Mineralise Skin-finish in Soft and Gentle to highlight the top of my cheek bones. This is a very shimmery highlight but I love it!

Lips
I have been loving lining my lips with Rimmels Lasting Finish in Wine which is a gorgeous light plum colour, this just helps the bold lip colour stay on my lis and makes them look a lot more precise.
For the bold lip I have been using Macs Rebel which is a dark plum lipstick which can be built up or applied with a brush to create a softer colour.
