When the gorgeous Nadine got in touch and asked if I would be interested in trying the new Sensational gel kit I obviously jumped to the chance. If you know anything about me it is most probably that I will most days have a different colour nail polish on. I just love experimenting with new colours and trying out new brands. So I was super excited to try out this gel kit. What really intrigued me about this kit was that you can use any of the nail polishes you have at home and turn them into a gel colour. Personally gel stays on my nails a lot longer than just your average nail polish, so the idea that I could use some of my favourite shades I already had and turn them into gel made the idea even more exciting. 

The use of this gel kit is similar to all gel kits in that you apply the polish and cure it under the LED light, the instruction and shown super simply on the back of the packaging. I found the application super easy, the only part that I found a little more difficult was mixing my own nail polish with the gel formula. But after a little practice it gets so much easier. The only thing I would say with this gel kit is give yourself enough time to really put your all into it. You want to make sure that you take time over each nail and make sure you run the polish along the end of your nail to cap it. This ensures that the nail polish doesnt peel from the bottom of your nail. I would say that this lasted on my nails around 4/5 days before it started to peel from my nails, but this may be due to my application as after all I’m no expert. Out of all the gel kits I have tried this one is top of the list, mainly due to the fact that you can use any polish you want and mix it to create a gel.
