Beauty // New York Haul

Of course venturing out into the states meant I had budget to spend on beauty that I was never gong to stick to! I thought I knew in my head what i wanted but to be honest as soon as I got into Sephora I was so overwhelmed and just went totally off my list. I just walked around watching everything and anything until I finally found the things that I wanted to commit too. Although really I could have filled a suitcase full off make-up to bring home with me. A hint for any ladies heading out there with your boyfriend, dont let them see the price. Alex was all for putting things into the basket for me until he noticed the price of some of the things I was getting. In the end I got him to sit on a cozy little seat in the corner while I well and truly enjoyed myself. Also make it more than one trip. When i first went into Sephora I didn’t know what I was going to be getting myself,I wanted everything which  meant I picked up one item and headed to the till so that my head couldn’t get over itself with everything. I then popped back a few other times to pick up the other things that I wanted. This way I also knew I wasnt just picking things up for the sake of it, and the things I got where actually the products I really wanted to play with. I also want to quickly say that I havent used any of these products so there are no swatches yet but as soon as I have little play around I’ll be sure to let you know exactly what I think.
