Beauty // Pamper Evening With Ocean Finance

I have been a little M.I.A recently long story short I had four weeks to pack up my life from the flat and move it into my parents whilst working over time and then move it into our new flat. To say it has been stressful would be an understatement! I sat one night crying to myself, wondering when I would feel a little less stressed, when I would feel like my life was in a little more order rather than living out of a box or 50. That’s what I remembered that Ocean Finance had got in touch with me and asked if I would like to show how I relax, weather it be a day out, an afternoon pampering or making it a full day thing. So I got my mam with me and headed out to the town. My idea was to have a lovely girly afternoon shopping and then head home to pamper ourselves with some amazing food.

I decided that rather than just buying a load of rubbish I would get myself some new pamper things. Its something that I feel like I treat myself to a lot but really, I use the same old, same old. I’m in one of those phases where I want to use everything I have before I buy something new.

The first thing I picked up which I was desperate for was a new set of tweezers, I have heard so much about the tweezerman tweezers I had to pick a pair up. And after so many years of using cheap tweezers which have been super blunt has meant that the brows just don’t get looked after. But I am hoping no with these amazing new ones I can get on fleek brows!! Who am I kidding, my brows are the complete opposite of each other, I know they are sisters not twins but we are talking super different! Even when I get them done professionally they always tell me they will never look the same. But I want them to look similar.

It wouldn’t be a pamper night with out a super hot lush bath. I popped in and picked up a few different bath bombs. (I did take a photo of these but for some reason my memory card just didn’t want to save them).I also bought one of the fresh face masks, I have had a few of these in the past and they are amazing. They are full of natural ingredients that have amazing benefits to the skin. More on this soon!! Just watch this space.

By this point it was time to stop for a coffee and it wouldn’t be right if we didn’t get a slice of cake too. Recently I have been super in love with the Café Nero red velvet cake, there is something just so amazing about it. We had a good chat and catch up and then it was time to head back to the shops.

The last thing I picked up was a couple of the Barry M Coconut infused nail polishes, I have seen so many people use these and thought they looked amazing. And to be honest I was super intrigued by the idea of the polishes being infused by water. I picked up two shades, . Both look amazing on and are definitely the perfect shade for summer.
