Christmas Gift Guide: Home

We are now into the second instalment of my Christmas gift guide for 2017. And I still can’t believe how bloody close we really are getting to Christmas, we are already planning the Santa’s grotto at work and I have been asked to dress three Christmas trees, you don’t know how privileged I feel. In todays guide we are talking about all the house bits and bobs that you might just want to treat someone too this year. As you may or may not know, Im moving into my first house next April/May so my Christmas list pretty much is full of all the house things. Obviously, I had my serious head on when I bought a bar cart before the full house was sorted, so bar cart essentials are needed. But your gals got to be able to make her Gin and Tonic. 

Speaking of Gin and Tonic, I think a really nice gift for somebody who loves a tipple or two, is a nice bottle of alcohol. Maybe something they wouldn’t usually buy themselves, it then allows them to have the best Christmas on the best drink. And if you really feel like pushing the boat out you could even grab all the bits to go along side it. I’m thinking mixers, a nice glass, the fruit that definitely gets forgotten about half way through the night. If your an even better person you might even get a gorgeous cocktail shaker to go with it, I bought mine in Tk Max and you can get similar here.

Or if they are more of tea sipper, movie flicker why not build them a super cute hamper. A nice new mug, their favourite tea and a few new movies to watch, obviously youve got to throw in some sweets, probably a terrys chocolate orange because what else.If you have a little bit more a budget you could even pop in a new pair of pjs and a gorgeous hot water bottle, hotwaterbottleshop have some beaut designs, I picked up this knitted one as well as this adorable hottie elephant, I mean look how cute he is.

If your thinking more suitable for the home, a photo frame or photo album always goes down a treat, especially if you fill it full of photos. This makes it a much more personalised present that Im sure lots of people would love. If they are a traveller, you could pick them up a scratch map, this was they can keep track of all the places they have visited and all the places they want to visit. We have just put one up on our wall and it has made up want to travel everywhere, I mean it.
