Happy late Easter to you all! I wanted to write a Easter blog post but wanted to wait until after the weekend to publish it so I can show you some of the fun stuff we got up to.
This Easter all my family went to my mam and dad’s caravan for the weekend, which was really nice as we where able to spend time together, that doesn’t happen often believe me.
On Good Friday me and my mam decided to make some snacks that we could take to the caravan with us. We made lots of different cupcakes, including coffee, lemon, sponge, chocolate etc! I really enjoyed this, well I enjoyed eating the cake mix more than anything if im honest! We then made millionaire shortbread which was delicious.
On Easter Sunday we decided to take the dogs for a walk and then hang around the caravan and talk etc. Unfortunately the weather was not on our side this weekend and we had to sit inside. Trying to squeeze 8 adults and 2 dogs into a small caravan was not fun but we coped, just. Although we didn’t get up to too much this weekend, I really enjoyed being with the family.
