As one of my New Year resolutions was to start to get little bit fitter I thought it was only right to share this journey with you. I don’t want my blog to turn into a fitness lead blog as thats not what I started it for. Instead I’ll be posting every other friday a fitness post about what I’ve been doing and how Ive been finding it. On the other alternative friday there will be a food post up, this may be a healthy post or it may be the little treat that I have been enjoying that week. A naughty treat of course. This way if there are people who want to join me on my little fitness challenge they can and if your in it for the food then there is something for everyone!
