Anastasia Beverly Hills Review 2

If you have read my BeautyBay Haul then you will know my excitement when I finally got my hands on two of the Anastasia Beverly Hills products that I have been after for so long. I thought I would just include them both in the same post rather than doing separate. Purely because I’m little Miss Organised at the moment and actually have so many blog post planned that I don’t have enough room to fit in two separate. Instead we have a post about Anastasia beverly Hills entirely. Fun Fun. I have to say I am so impressed with everything about the products, they are well packaged, both last all day and are just fab! I am like an excited kid in the sweet shop right now!

Contour Kit – Light To Medium £39

Ive lusted over this contour palette for I don’t know how long. It has been in my basket, out, in, out. Like crazy. Its been on every birthday and christmas list, but there has always been one thing that I want that little bit more. But I eventually bit the bullet and I am now a proud owner, wooo. I am so glad I finally decided to grab it. Everything from the presentation, to the product itself is amazing. It comes in a sleeve with the colours on the edge of the palette. In the Light To Medium shade you get three light shades used to highlight and three darker used to define. The three light shades you get are:

Vanilla – Peachy Nude
Banana – Warm Nude
Sand – Soft Beige

and the darker shade are:

Java – Soft Mocha
Fawn – Toffee Nude
Havana – Coffee Brown

Anastasia Beverly Hills Review 9

Two of my most used shades are Banana, which is the yellow toned lighter shade, I use this to set my under eye and any areas I have put concealer. This helps to brighten the skin and give a more glowing, awake look. The shade I use the most for contour is Fawn which has tones of grey which really help to create that really sculpted finish without looking too orange.

I love the sleek look of the packaging, however I do find it gets grubby easy and is hard to wipe off, but I don’t mind as the product makes it well worth it. I also love that the shades are removable which means if you use all of one but still have some of the others left you don’t have to spend £39 for another palette you can order the individual shades for only £14. They sit on the face so well and can be blended to your desired look so easily, I literally am in love with this palette and think its going to be hard for me to find another that I can love anywhere near as much as this one.

Dip Brow Pomade – Taupe £15

I have always struggled with my brows, like seriously bad. I had heard so much about this that I knew it was the other thing I had to get my hands on. It’s a lot most creamy than I expected, which makes it even easier to apply. There are 11 shades in total and I went for Taupe which is a light brown shade, I probably could have gone with blonde but I wanted to make sure it did add a little bit of a darker tone to my eyes. But I think I may pick up blonde when I’m in NY, that’s how much I love it. You get so much in the little pot and honestly need the tiniest amount to create the perfect look. One thing I have found with this which is really helping me with my brows is that it lasts literally all day, your brows aint going nowhere with this beauty on. I know some people use a brow gel after they have applied this but I really don’t feel the need. I also love the little pot it comes in with the gold logo on the top of the pot. For £15 I think I’ll be buying these for year!!

I love Anastasia Beverly Hills products. The contour palette looks wonderful! I love how you can remove them so you can constantly re-purchase your most used shades x
