Beauty // Soap and Glory Archery 2-in-1 Brows

Soap and Glory Brow Archery Review

In true fashion I am always looking for something to make my brows look a little bit more on fleek. I am totally kidding with that, what does that word even mean!! But seriously, I have been on the look out for something to define my brows, whilst adding the colour they need to create my perfect thick but defined look. I came across the Soap and Glory stand which has just been expanded in my local boots so thought why not give one of these a try. That’s when I saw the Archery 2-in-1 Brows, I think I was most intrigued with this one because it has the setting gel included, that way I didn’t have to buy two products. I was thinking about my bank balance I promise. I also liked the thought of the angled shaped crayon, as I thought this would allow me to get the best definition out of my brows.

Soap and Glory Brow Archery Review 3

First thing first, this little beauty is £10, which I think is pretty good when it comes to a brow pencil, of course unless you get it on a 3 for 2 offer, then its even better. There are two colour available Brown and Out or Blonde Ambition, I went for the latter with me having blonde hair, although I kind of wish I had went for the darker. I’m not too sure how I like the packaging, I think it’s a little plain, I want something a bit different. Although I know you can tell its Soap and Glory without having to really look at it, and what can you really do with a brow pencil. I don’t know, I just wasnt made to get it because of the packaging, like I sometimes am. You take the lid from one side and have an angled crayon and the other you twist off and have a brow gel. They suggest you use the flat side first to fill in the brows, then move onto using the thin edge to define and arch your brows and finally use the gel tipped brush to flatten any fly aways.

One thing I found with the crayon side, was that you had to press down pretty hard to get the colour to really show, this may just have been because I went for the lighter shade, but once you have applied the product to your brows a couple of times you can really see the colour pay off. I found it hard to get the knack of shaping my brows with this, but with a little bit of practice it seemed to work fine and is perfect for those morning when you can’t be bothered to mess about with your make-up because 20 minutes extra in bed sounded 10 times better. I’m definitely enjoying using the product, but I don’t think it will over take my Brow Pomdade, but that for another day.
