I quickly got bored of running and found a great fitness chanel on Youtube here. Its called FitnessBlender, which has 360 free full training videos which I personally am finding so fun! It is ran by a husband and wife who are crazy about fitness. They post 3-6 times a week, CRAZY! Ive found doing these so much more fun than going for a run, it gives me something to change up a little. Ive been doing a different exercise routine every two days and its been great.
