DSCF1544Popping into town has become a regular habbit of mine. Which has meant ive built up quite the collection of new things over the last few weeks, todays post is all the make-up bits ive been buying so be expecting more hauls!

We will start with the face, I had seen a few people raving about this foundation on Twitter so I thought why not give it a go! Collection Lasting Perfection Ultimate Wear Foundation, I got mine in 3 Coll Beige, which isnt actually the colour I wanted. I always reach for the products which are at the back and when I pushed my hand through on number two they must have been mixed up and I ended up buying number 3. All in all this colour is actually the best colour for my skin but it just wasnt what I was wanting. I love the cover of this and how long it stays on your skin for. However the smell slightly puts me off as it smells so much like chemicals but I can get past that! At the minute this is on offer in Boots for £3.99 instead of £5.99 so if your looking for a cheap high coverage foundation get yourself to boots!  I also picked up this Collection Blush in Bashfull for £2.99 which I thought was pretty good. I really like this colour, I was looking for a purpley toned blush and this has defiantly pleased me! The last face item I bought is The Body Shop Honey Bronzer which you can find out about over on my Battle of the Bronzers.

Now for the eyes, I managed to pick up this Mac eyeshadow in girlie off Ebay for £5. I was after a subtle pink that I could wear as a base and this is definitely what I was after. I also picked up the Rimmel Kate mascara, I was after a new mascara and picked this one up in the shop, once I saw the brush it was straight int he basket and off home to test it. I loveee this mascara, the shape of the brush really gets a hold of all your lashes and makes them look full and long! I also picked up this Rimmel eyeliner in Purple, I was looking for a purple liner that I could wear on my bottom lash line for the Autumn. I love these liners as they dont tend to smudge throughout the day.

Last where onto lips, I dont own many lipliners and wanted to start using them more, so when i was at the Rimmel counter I picked two up. The first one is Lasting Finish in Wine which is a gorgeous dark purple colour which is great for the autumn and the other is a more everyday colour. Again a Lasting Finish but in the colour Tiramisu which is for a nude lip. These are perfect, they go on smoothly dont smudge and help to keep your lips looking beautiful! The last thing i got is from Bourjois Rouge Edition Velvet in Grand Cru which is an amazing matte plum colour. I find with this you really have to add a couple of coats to get the full look but it really is a lovely colour!

What have you been buying lately?
