Vice 3 is the latest Urban Decay palette with 20 eye-shadows. It comes in the sleeks case which made me want the palette a whole lot more. The gorgeous colours on the case represent the range of colours on the inside which of course is what you want. It comes a lot like Vice 1 & 2 with the huge mirror that stands at a perfect angle to apply your eyeshadow. The pigment of all these shadows is insane! If your the kind of gal who likes to wear neutrals but wants to play a little with colour as the colours can be applied softly to create a softer tone of the bright colours. However, if your a little more like myself and like to sometime (not always) play with the gorgeous colours you can get in palettes like these, its for you!
From the packaging, to the range of colours, to the pigmentation this gets an all round A*** from me. This is by far one of my favorite presents I got this year and will definitely be getting my wear out of it. There will be a lot more make-up looks coming up using this so keep your eyes peeled!
