Beauty Bay Haul

Beauty bay is one of those sites where I go onto it add loads of things to my basket then click the X and get on with the rest of my day. I don’t know why I do it but I pretty much do it every single day. But, last saturday I was sat happy clicking away adding loads to my basket when I suddenly decided that I would actually buy the things that where in my basket. Crazy I know!! That’s when I had to decide on the things I really, really wanted and things that I thought just looked nice. Luckily for me they had a discount code for £20 off a £100 spend so naturally I had to spend £100. Whoops! But I did get a lot of things that I have been wanting for a really long time. I do plan on reviewing all the bits I got so this will just be more about what I got. A girl can never have too much make-up right?

Beauty Bay Haul 2

The first two things I added to my basket have literally been on my lust list for at least I would say two years. I have swoon over them so many times and watched so many people use them in tutorials that it was about time I just got them for myself. The first being the Anastasia Beverly Hills Pro Series Contour Kit in Light-Medium. I have literally never wanted a product so mach in my life. This costs £39 but you get 6 shades, 3 light shades and 3 bronzer shades. The three lighter shades are perfect for sculpting out the face and lightening your under eyes. In the light-medium palette you get Sand, Vanilla and Banana. All three are amazing for serious contouring. The three bronzer shades are Java, Fawn and Havana. I havent played around with the palette enough yet to really get to grips but expect a review in the next few weeks. The other Anastasia Beverly Hills product I got was the Dipbrow Pomade and I got mine in the shade Taupe, I could have probably gone for Blonde but I fancied something a little darker. This cost £15 which I think is amazing considering how much product you get for the amount you use. I have used this a few times now and I am so impressed, I always struggled with shaping my eyebrows but this makes it super easy and fun to use!

The next things are something that have been talked about soso much, but to be honest I have only been interested in them over the past couple of months. That is the Make-up Geek Eyeshadows, if you are a  bit unsure of how these work basically they come in a pan form. You don’t get a palette with them, most people buy a Z palette to put them in which is what I did, I got myself the smallest one as I didn’t know how many of the products I was going to want and this way I can always buy the bigger if and when I want it. I also thought with getting the smaller one this might make me buy less eyeshadows than buying the bigger. The smallest palette cost £8.95 and I opted for the plain black one. Back to the eyeshadows, I bought four all in pretty neutral colours as this is what I had heard being bragged about the most. Although I must say the brighter colours I have seen seem to be super pigmented. The colours I got where Peach Smoothie, Creme Brûlée, Frappe and Cocoa Bear all costing £4.95 each. Which I think is amazing for how well made these shadows are.

Onto skin care now, I picked up the Pixi Glow Tonic which costs £18. This toning water is supposed to help exfoliate the skin, which is definitely something I lacked in the skin care department. Id been eyeing this up for a while now and the last few nights I have used this I have felt a real difference in my skin. I’ll be using it for a couple of weeks then report back to you how I have been getting one. Because I also picked up the Antipodes Divine Face Oil Organic Advocado and Rose Hip Oil.  I have been wanting to try some of the Antipodes skin care range for so long now that I thought it was about time to pick something up. I have been using this overnight and honestly it makes my skin feel amazing. It claims to boost collagen which helps to reduce the appearance of scars, this was the main reason I picked up this one. With having spotty skin I suffer a lot with scaring, and so far I can really say this has helped with scaring. I cant wait to try more from their range. This oil costs £17.25 which I don’t think is that expensive for a good face oil. The last thing I bought was the Missha Deep Sea Firming Eye Patches, I have been wanting to try out some eye patches for a while and saw these so thought I would give them a go. I am  yet to use them but will let you know how I get on. These cost £1.95 so if they are good, they will be a little bargain I have found.

With BeautyBay if you spend over a certain amount you get upgraded to premium which  means you get faster delivery and free sample. I chose the Peter Thomas Roth Blemish Buffing Beads, as I said I battle with spotty skin so I am hoping these will help!! But we all love a freebie dont we!!
